## Visibilità sul futuro del reparto produttivo grazie a innovazione e strumenti moderni

L'azienda FAB Group con sede a Gallo nel comune di Petriano, in provincia di Pesaro Urbino, ci racconta il progetto di innovazione ed evoluzione dei metodi utilizzati per pianificare e schedulare la produzione di componenti per l'arredamento, in particolare top e ante da cucina.

## FAB una crescita continua grazie alla continua ricerca dell'efficienza produttiva

FAB nasce nel 1974 come produttore di componenti per mobili da soggiorno, basamenti e piani tavolo destinati alle sale da pranzo allora in voga. Mantenendo fede alla sua filosofia originaria di realizzare oggetti che accompagnano le persone lungo il corso della loro vita, FAB è cresciuta nel corso degli anni abbracciando tutti gli aspetti e le esigenze del quotidiano. L'azienda marchigiana ha da sempre investito nella ricerca di efficienza produttiva, riduzione dei costi e miglioramento continuo.

In questa intervista andiamo a scoprire la realtà produttiva di FAB e il personale ci racconta in che modo l'azienda è riuscita a ottenere date di consegna certe e una pianificazione standardizzata grazie al progetto di implementazione del software per la pianificazione della produzione CyberPlan.
